Our Visit to Craig, Michelle, Collin and Larkin's

Our granddaughter is in the 3rd grade, but she has got big plans for her future.
She made this poster for school.
She will be 'fair' and she is 'smart'.
Her qualifications are better than some in office now.
I will let you know when she casts her hat into the ring.
***GO GIRL***
My granddaughter the Governor. I can see that in her future.

Our Visit to Craig, Michelle, Collin and Larkin's

There is a beautiful pond behind C&M house. We went fishing for our supper.
Larkin won the prize for the smallest fish.
Collin and I discussed who caught the biggest fish, I didn't tell him but I think he won.
They were so fat and pretty. Gave you a fight pulling them in.
My Grandpa Price would not let us talk or move in the boat, because you would scare the fish. Well, he would be disappointed in me. When I catch a fish everyone on the lake hears me. Dewey and Adis would be in 1 boat, Wayne and I in another, Dewey could tell you how many fish I caught---I get excited. Still do, ask my grandbabies.
We caught so many we had fish left over.
They were good.
**Yes, that is Craig hiding behind a tree.**

Our Visit to Craig, Michelle, Collin and Larkin's

We were not able to see any of Collin's baseball games last year.
But the 1st week of April, Collin had 2 games and we had no grandbabies here that week. So off we went.
I was warned that it would be different from girls softball. But I was surprised.
We had watched Morgan play softball, this was a big change for us.
Girls charge the ball, the boys wait, (behind the 1st and 3rd base bags,) for it to come to them.
Girls catch flys, boys let the ball bounce 1st, then chase it down.
Throwdowns to 2nd by the catcher, Morgan would have been embarassed. Never hit the same spot twice.
Girls back up each other, the boys don't.
What happened to TEAM WORK---WORK TOGETHER.
Yes we will go again.
Sit in another set of bleachers, watch another grandchild play ball.
Life doesn't get any better than that.

Rylee's 1st Trip to the Beach

Donna and Wayne K went to Jason, Morgan and Rylee's for the weekend.

They had plans to go to the beach, but Jason and Morgan had a meeting and could not go.

Donna and Wayne K took Rylee to the beach.
Rylee had to check out that white stuff.
She wasn't sure if she liked it.
As you can see they enjoyed themselves.

This was the birth of a "beach babe".
Jason, Morgan and Rylee love the beach.
They spend a lot of time on the sand.
The oil spill did not reach their beach until June 11.
