Morgan and Jason

Morgan was working as a waitress when Jason came in to eat. Morgan served him his drink then another girl took over, she wanted to wait on Jason. But it was Morgan who Jason took to a movie, to dinner, to the park to feed the ducks and to breakfast at 4 am before he left for work.

Jason is from Foley, AL, the disagreement here is who is the best, LSU or AL. Last Sunday, Donna’s Wayne and Jason watched the Saints. Jason has asked to come back this Sunday to do it again. Morgan, Wayne and I washed our cars, we could hear ‘the other Wayne’ and Jason yelling at the game.

Jason says he and Cory will get along fine. Morgan says they both know a ‘lot of useless info’. Jason and Jonathan graduated high school at 16, he works at Shell Oil offshore, something with electronics, on a 2 week schedule. Right now he works 1 week, in school the second, off 2 weeks.

Last week while Jason was working, Jonathan (his twin) was in school and came to check out Morgan. He had to meet the girl who has his brother in a ‘tail spin’, Jason has never talked about a girl the way he has Morgan. Jason says Morgan is the answer to his prayers, he is going to marry her. The first thing Morgan told me about Jason was ‘I am going to marry him one day’.

Jason has a 4 bedroom house on the beach, Morgan says she wants to get married on the beach, barefooted. Yes, I have told her to slow down and enjoy. But what do you do... His mom called to invite you to her home. They hope to go to AL to meet his family in the next couple of weeks.

Morgan lives on campus, but close enough that she comes here or we go there. Donna has supper with her at least once a week, if she is not working she comes here on the weekend. We didn’t have Morgan about 2 years, it is wonderful to hear them laughing and to have our grandbaby back.

PS: Jason says he let Morgan win the basketball game. Yeah!!! Why does a man always say that when he gets beat?
